What Is SPC Floor?
SPC ( Stone Plastic Composite) is a new type of flooring produced with pure limestone powder mixed with 100% pure resin to harden to form the base/core of the product. On the surface SPC is made of layers of UV and stain/wear resistant above the design layer.
At the bottom of the core an underlayment made of quality EVA or IXPE is attached to provide walking comfort and sound insulation. As there is no wood element in the product of SPC so it is water resistant, anti termites and anti mildew.Water will not damage the surface unlike those wood flooring. Good quality SPC is stain resistant and no obvious fading of color even after long period of time.
